it’s peachy is a “positive place to do life, together” and Vino + Vinyasa was just that!!

We started the crisp morning at Masia de la Vinya Winery in beautiful Temecula Wine Country. After checking in + grabbing a swag bag, everyone found their spots out on the winery lawn. Jenn lead us through a Vinyasa flow followed by a sound bath. If you have yet to experience a sound bath yet, I highly recommend. It was very loud so I wouldn’t recommend being too close, but ultimately sooo calming.

So much love, inclusivity, happiness, positivity and all the healing vibes. Plus, a little wine afterwards never hurt! Here are a few highlights from the zen morning...
