Beginning June 1st, we are launching a 30 day wellness challenge! This challenge is designed to create daily healthy activities that will turn into long lasting habits by the end of the month. The core five daily habits include: waking up earlier, drinking more water, breaking a sweat, making more meals at home (with less ingredients), and adding at least one vitamin or supplement into your routine. Totally doable right?!
For the month of June, our weekly IG Live series will be centered around this health challenge. We will hear from health experts about nutrition, have live workout classes, learn about mindset and affirmations, provide resources for favorite workout gear, current supplement routine, and healthy recipes!
ANYONE and EVERYONE can participate in this challenge. There are no excuses for not taking care of yourself, and we’re here to encourage you to do just that. When your glass is full, you can pour out onto others aka your family, spouses, kids, friendships… and show up as your best self. By the end of 30 days, you will have more energy, discover more time in your day, have better clarity, a sense of accomplishment, established habits and a healthy body that will be thanking you. You will have a strong foundation to accomplish whatever life throws at you next!
